Unfathomable Memories of DADA
I cherish the influence of numerous individuals in my life, but one person who imparted invaluable life lessons was my Grandpa, affectionately called Dada. Today marks the 24th anniversary of his passing, yet his impact on me remains as vivid as it was two decades ago. Dada, a devout follower of Vitthal, left an indelible mark on my memories, especially during the years I spent with my grandparents in the village called Balawadi, situated about 15 to 16 kilometres from Vita. My early education took place in Atpadi, but a transfer of my father led to my enrolment in Z. P. School Balawadi. Living with my loving grandparents, particularly my slightly strict yet cleanliness-oriented granny, filled those years with cherished moments. They were incredibly industrious, rising at 5 am daily.
